Come along and enjoy this family filled day celebrating all the natural attractions of the area

• Guided Walks to the mines by Lochaber Geoparks – until 1pm.
• Sunart Community Company – find out all about the Hydro Scheme here in Strontian
• Beach combing with Lochaline Dive Centre – from 10am onwards.
• Free Sea Kayaking in Loch Sunart with Sea-Kayak Arisaig- 10am onwards
• Cycle around the Ariundle Nature Reserve with Sunart Cycles (bikes provided)
• RSPB and Wildlife experts – ask local experts about the wildlife in the area.
• Try your hand at Gold Panning

In the afternoon at the Sunart Centre from 1pm onwards

• Annabel from Lochaline Dive Centre – Talk about the ship wrecks in the Sound of Mull
• Mark Woombs- Marine Biologist Expert talk and slide show about Loch Sunart
• Jim Blair from Lochaber Geoparks - Talk about the Geology in the area and the mines
• Various activities for all ages
• Tea Bar provided by the AHS Parent Council

Family Ceilidh with licenced bar Strontian Village Hall

9pm till late.    Music by Kirsten Macleod & Friends
Free Entrance  Under 16’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult
