FACILITY HIRE CHARGES

Charges for the the facilities within Àrainn Shuaineirt are defined by Charge Bands. To find out the cost of a facility, first find out which band your activity comes under, and then click this CHARGES LINK.

BAND A
Bookings EXEMPT from letting charges are:
  •  Highland Council for meetings concerning the school, Parent Council Meetings,  PTA Meetings etc.

  •  Highland Councillors Surgeries

  •  Parent Council Fundraising, PTA Fundraising, Àrainn Shuaineirt Management  Committee Fundraising

  •  Playgroups, Sunday Schools, Meetings of Community Councils, Meetings of  Community Associations, Meetings of Parent Councils

  •  Educational Classes, including Highland Council and Lochaber College for all
     open days and classes

  •  Ardnamurchan High School for all extracurricular events organised by or through  the school

  •  Designated feeder primary schools for extra-curricular activities

  •  Musical Competitions

  •  Blood Transfusion service

  •  Charitable Groups raising funds for charity

BAND B
  •  Youth Groups, Senior Citizen Groups, Disabled Groups, Sports Groups

  •  Schools from outside the AHS designated catchment area

  •  Social, Religious and Political Groups

  •  Non-commercially provided instruction

  •  Elections

NB: Charges in Band B for groups catering mainly for children under 16 will be at the reduced rate of 50% for use of the Games Hall and Outdoor Pitches up to 10pm, with further reductions available at the discretion of the Management Committee
