Àrainn Shuaineirt (Sunart Centre) is a constituted group set up to look after community interest in the facilities of Ardnamurchan High School. The school was built as a Community School and the original Ardnamurchan & Morvern Community School Action Group which fought for the establishment of the school also secured funding for many additional facilities that would not have been included otherwise.

Àrainn Shuaineirt is governed by the Àrainn Shuaineirt Management Committee (ASMC) which has two representatives from each of the five Community Council areas served by the school, plus others. Full details can be found on the website sunartcentre.org. The current committee are keen to recruit new members, in particular representatives of groups who use the Sunart Centre, and will be encouraging people to attend the AGM.  If you have an interest in the future of the Sunart Centre and the opportunities it offers please get in touch or come along to this meeting.
