Pop Up SongbookPOP UP SONGBOOK WEDNESDAY EVENINGS at 7:30pm in the Sunart Centre, Strontian, as from Wednesday 29th January.

This has been a long time coming! So, because of huge demand, thank you, Justine Dunn, I decided to go ahead and set up some evenings of music and jollity. Well, this is what this is supposed to be about!
Our first get together was at the Community Room in the Sunart Centre, on 15th January. A word of mouth event. I wasn’t quite sure how it would go, so it was really good to see so many people appear, and be so enthusiastic.
My idea was to have a taster session, when we would do some singing, and, while having a cup of something, discuss what people would like to sing. And that is exactly what we did.
We’ve agreed to meet at the Sunart Centre, at 7.30pm on a Wednesday evening. The name may change but the ethos definitely won’t. You don’t need to be able to read music, or have a fabulous voice. This is about getting together to sing your heart out, and feel good!
If you’re interested, you can either let me know, or just turn up. And, also, if you have any favourite songs you would like to sing, send me ideas.
Do please spread the word with anyone you think might want to come along.
For more info, you can message me on on here, or email me at rosie.g@tiscali.co.uk
